Remarks – Recommended Use of SACC Item

Use the following clause where the document itself does not require a security 
classification, but where the Security Requirements Check List indicates that 
some aspect of the work, etc. is classified.  The Security Branch requests that 
this clause be the first item in the invitation to tender.  Use clause F5001C in 
the contract.

   invitation to tender document is unclassified, the work, service, 
   equipment and/or material described herein are classified in accordance 
   with the Security Requirements Check List.  Attention is therefore 
   directed to the provisions entitled "Security and Protection of Work" in 
   the General Conditions forming part of this invitation to tender.
