Legal text for SACC item

  1. Welding must be performed by a welder certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau and in accordance with the requirements of the following Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standards:
    1. CSA W47.1-03, Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Steel _____ (insert division level); and
    2. CSA W47.2-M1987(R2003), Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Aluminum ______ (insert division level).
  2. Before contract award and within _______ (insert number of days) calendar days of the written request by the Contracting Authority, the successful Bidder must submit evidence demonstrating its certification to the welding standards.
