Remarks – Recommended Use of SACC Item

Use the following clause in contracts for the procurement of ammunition for the Department of National Defence.

Legal text for SACC item

The Contractor must:

  1. prepare the ammunition data cards in accordance with Annex A or MIL-STD-1168B;
  2. forward the ammunition data cards to the consignee(s) identified in the Contract and to the Technical Authority; and
  3. annotate the propellant stabilizer content data on the ammunition data cards under Remarks, Block 16.
