Purpose

The purpose of this policy notification (PN) 84 is to modify the templates to eliminate a mandatory requirement related to the submission of bids; modify/incorporate articles/clauses as applicable; and modify the article "Priority of Documents" under Part 6A of the Standing Offer template.

These modifications are detailed in:

  1. Annex A - modifications to 2T-HIGH1 template, Higher Complexity
  2. Annex B - modifications to 2T-MED1 template, Medium Complexity
  3. Annex C - modifications to 2T-RFSO1 template, Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

All changes are effective immediately.

The templates available on the Departmental Standard Procurement Documents Website will incorporate these modifications shortly. However, the SACC Manual Website will be updated only in the next SACC Manual release.
