Effective date

Policy Notification 11R4 (PN-11R4) is effective immediately.

Introduction

PN-11R4 updates and enhances PN-11R3 promulgated on October 25, 2012 by:

  1. providing a fixed period of three months for the completion of Vendor Performance Corrective Measure (VPCM) assessments;
  2. providing guidance for the consistent application of VPCM assessment principles;
  3. streamlining the governance process for review and approval of VPCMs; and
  4. clarifying the procedures for applying historical information contained in the Vendor Information Management System (VIM) to VPCM applicable cases.

Revisions to the Supply Manual

In support of this PN, changes have been made to the Supply Manual. Those sections are listed under Affected Supply Manual sections below.

Revisions to the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual

No change has been made to the SACC.
