TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT
 
This requirement is for: Employment and Social Development
Canada (ESDC) 

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangment Holders
who qualify under Tier 2 stream for Business Services, under the
following categories:
i)	B.1 Business Analyst (level 2); and
ii)	B.5 Business Process Re-engineering Consultant (level 3).

Description of the requirement:
ESDC requires these (4) resources to assist with the
implementation of Release 4 of the ESRP project.  Release 4 is a
continuation of the ESRP and will lay complete the replacement
of CMS by new ERPS as well as lay the groundwork for the broader
Program transformation through the development and introduction
of Integrated Business Processes (IBP).

Proposed period of contract:
It is intended to result in the award of up to 3 contracts, each
for 240 working days plus
two 240-day irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the
term of the contracts.
