Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Indoor Pool Maintenance The Department of National Defence requires a contractor to perform regularly scheduled pool inspections on a 605,660 litre indoor pool including the supply of all materials, consumables, equipment, labour, supervision and transportation at 22 Wing Recreational Centre located at 29 Duxford Rd, Hornell Heights, ON. Additional maintenance requirements identified as a result of the scheduled inspections will be on an "as and when requested basis" through a task authorization process. This Contract will be for a period of two (2) years from the Date of Contract Award. There will be an option to extend the contract for an additional one (1) year periods. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Please refer to the Request for Proposal for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection.
