A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taking on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remain our top priority. Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post ePost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. The Department of National Defence (DND) - The Real Properties Operation Detachment - CFB Borden has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of maintenance, inspection, servicing, and repair and upgrading of all lanes and bowling related equipment at the Circled Pine Lanes Bowling Centre, CFB Borden, Ontario, Canada. In the performance of this responsibility, there exists a requirement for a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduled inspection, maintenance and repair/replace program, specifically, a qualified company to execute all required services on a Service Contract (SC) to ensure the safe operation of Bowling Alley Equipment. 2. It is intended to issue one (1) Standing Offer. 3. The proposed period of the Standing Offer will be for 2 years from Date of Standing Offer Issuance to April 30, 2022 with the option to extend by one (1) additional year. 4. The requirement is limited to Canadian services. 5. The Offeror must provide in their offer the necessary documentation to support and demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Offers which fail to meet each of the mandatory technical criteria will be declared non-responsive and will receive no further evaluation. 6. An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer. 7. The Offeror must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
