The period of the standing offer is from April 01 2017 to 31 March 2019 inclusive. There is an option to extend the Standing Offer for an additional three (3) one (1) year periods. The offeror must provide the course over a period of three days, and provide facilities and the vehicles for theoretical and applied training, as well as the vehicles for applied training. The facilities must be within 50km of commercial accommodations and a 60 minute drive from the closest hospital. The applied training must include techniques such as whole-road concepts, off-road recovery, and ramming through barricades. The offeror must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their offerby submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than ten(10) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered.
