Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: REDEVELOPMENT OF GILMOUR HILL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Redevelopment of road structures for the George VI Avenue and Gilmour Hill, segment located between Champlain Boulevard and Montcalm Avenue, Quebec, QC. More precisely, the work includes the following : Complete refection of the driving surface, restauration of the masonry retaining wall, installation of a drainage system, redevelopment of intersections and parking areas, redevelopment of lighting network and other related work (road signs, edges, sodding, etc.). OPTIONAL BIDDERS CONFERENCE An optional bidders conference will take place at 1:30 pm on April 9, 2014, at 1550 d'Estimauville Avenue, room 204-00, Quebec City, QC. It is suggested to those who wish to attend to arrive at least twenty (20) minutes before the conference to register at the building's reception desk. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD INTEGRITY PROVISIONS: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PERIOD OF WORK Construction schedule is planned for twenty-four (24) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. BUDGET The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000 000 $ (Taxes extra) INQUIRIES All enquiries regarding this tender, are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority : Caroline Fournier, Supply Specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org.
