Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Department of Public Works and Government Services on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement to supply and deliver the following: (1) Ring, Oil Gland Pack NATO Stock No. (NSN) 5330-99-282-2499, NATO Supply Code for Manufacturer (NSCM) K1968 (GEC Turbine Generators Ltd., Trafford Park Manchester, GB), Part No. (P/N) CH6M6290-93 or ST1777767, or equivalent. (2) Bearing, Sleeve NSN 3120-21-852-7789, NSCM K1968, P/N ST1778386, or equivalent. Delivery date highly desirable on or before May 30, 2014. These Items are to be delivered to Canadian Forces Bases (CFB) Esquimalt (qty (1) 1 ea. and (2) 1 ea.) and Halifax (qty (1) 3 ea. and (2) 5 ea.). DEBRIEFINGS: After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
