Description:
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is requesting proposals from consulting firms to assess the NCC’s vulnerability to climate change and develop an adaptation plan to address the greatest climate risks.
Closing Date:
To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. EDT on July 6, 2021 by email at Bids-soumissions@ncc-ccn.ca with a reference to tender file #MA39.
Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Enquiries regarding this request for proposal must be submitted in writing to: Micheline Al-Koutsi, Senior Contract Officer, e-mail address micheline.al-koutsi@ncc-ccn.ca on June 15, 2021 the latest. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Consultants, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.
Note that amounts quoted in this request for proposal are in Canadian dollars.
Payment is net is 30 days.
BASIS OF SELECTION:
Highest Combined Rating between Technical Merit (70%) and Total Evaluated Price (30%).
