Description
Description of the procurement: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is inviting proposals to retain the services of a professional firm to understand the potential impacts of a changing climate on their respective services, programs and assets, and support adaptation and resiliency planning to mitigate risks, and take advantage of potential new opportunities. The climate information will include key climate-related hazards, historical and future climate data, and potential implications. This work is expected to commence at the end of April 2019. The expected completion date is March 2020.

Procurement method: The overall value will be based on a weighted factor of 70% for technical and a weighted factor of 30% for price.
