By means of this RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from bidders to provide professional writing and editing services on an ‘as-and-when requested basis’ and possibly with simultaneous assignments—for the development of content to appear in The State of Canada’s Forests annual report to Parliament and the CFS website, as well as other forest-related products.

The Bidder must have more than one resource at our disposal and be able to meet all our writing and editing requirements. This allows for continuous delivery of services as we are faced with meeting tight deadlines.

Services shall be provided from the date of the contract award (April 1, 2015) to March 31, 2016.

NRCan reserves the right to extend the contract for 2 (two) additional 12 (twelve) month periods.

Option year #1: April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017
Option year #2: April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018

The deadline for submissions of bids in response to this RFP is January 27, 2015 @ 14:00 (E.D.S.T.).
