May 13, 2022 - Ottawa - Please be advised that Internal Credential Management (ICM) has a planned service maintenance that will affect all myKey users between the period of 5:00 am EDT to 9:00 am EDT Sunday, May 15, 2022.

Impacts to myKey users

During the service maintenance, myKey users will not be able to:

  • sign in using their myKey to create, amend, or publish tender notices on the Tender Management Application (TMA)
  • sign in using their myKey to manage agreements records on the Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements Application (SOSA App)

Please note that there will be no impact to the following:

  • the tender publication schedule - TMA will continue to publish tenders and amendments according to the usual publication schedule
  • Buyandsell.gc.ca website - site visitors will continue to be able to view published tenders on Buyandsell.gc.ca
