7.65. Proactive Disclosure
- Client departments are required to report on a quarterly basis on contracts awarded with a value over $10,000, an amendment with a value over $10,000, and an amendment when it modifies the initial value of a contract to an amended contract value that is over $10,000. Departments are required to include information on contracts and contract amendments regardless of dollar value, excluding those entered into via acquisition card at $10,000 or less awarded to a former public servant in receipt of a Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA) pension on the Proactive Disclosure website.
- Contracting officers for common services should be providing the required information to client departments in a timely manner to facilitate their reporting process. For further information, consult the Guidelines on the Proactive Disclosure of Contracts on the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat website.
