The Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP) aims to help Canadian businesses by testing their innovative goods and services within the Government of Canada before taking them to the marketplace. 1. Research and Development (R&D) innovative goods and/or services, also referred to as "innovations", that are in late stage development; and
  2. support services such as installation, training and testing support services for the pre-commercialized innovations procured for the federal government.
