Website service advisory: Temporary service interruption to Accounts evening of January 5, 2017

January 5, 2017 - Gatineau - A temporary service interruption to Accounts is planned for 20:00 ET Thursday, January 5, 2017. The service interruption will be brief and the service should resume by 20:30 ET.

Impacts to users

During the service maintenance, registered Accounts users will not be able to access the Events Administration service, Tender Management Application (TMA) or the Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements (SOSA) Application using their myKEY, GCKey, or Secure Key.

Please note that there will be no impact to the following:

  • the tender publication schedule - TMA will continue to publish tenders and amendments according to the usual publication schedule
  • website - site visitors will continue to be able to view published tenders and find information on
