Website service advisory: some users continue to experience problems signing in to the Tender Management Application

April 18, 2018 - Gatineau – Users from the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) who use a Secure Token to access the Tender Management Application (TMA) are continuing to experience problems signing in.

On April 16, 2018 we reported that the issue was resolved (please see Website service advisory: Problem with MyKEY sign in is now resolved), however there continue to be some problems.

We are continuing to investigate the issue and will provide an update later today, April 18, 2018. We apologize for this inconvenience.
