Where to submit your bid
You must submit your bid to the bid receiving unit or address specified on page one (1) of the bid solicitation document.
When to submit your bid
You must submit your bid by the closing date and time specified in the bid solicitation document. Be sure that your name, return address, the bid solicitation number, and bid solicitation closing date and time are clearly visible on the envelope or the parcel(s) containing the bid.
How to submit your bid
Be sure to follow the instructions provided in the bid solicitation document. If you are permitted to submit by facsimile (fax), it is important to note that Public Works and Government Services Canada is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information received via the fax transmission.
