The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) on July 1, 2020. Canadian procurements are not subject to any procurement obligations under CUSMA.

June 5, 2020 - Ottawa - Due to systems maintenance by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) relating to the COVID-19 emergency measures, the Business Registration Online (BRO) application will be unavailable from 11 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2020, until 6 am on Monday, June 8, 2020 (ET). As a result, functionality such as vendor registration and other services may be impacted during this time.
