January 13, 2021 – Ottawa – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) seeks feedback on proposed updates to its Code of Conduct for Procurement.

The Code applies to all vendors who respond to bid solicitations and/or provide goods and services where PSPC is the procurement authority. Updates include new expectations relating to human rights and labour standards.
