Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for foreign language training services which may be on a full time or part time basis, to a group or to individual clients, at a distance or in classrooms which will be provided by CFLS. The aim is to award one (1) contract. The contract will be for two (2) years from the date of award with the possibility to extend the period of the contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free-Trade Agreement (CFTA). This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation for bid submission. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the bid solicitation entitled Instructions to bidders for further information. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the bid solicitation. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.
