Nature of Requirements: 

Fishery Guardian Services, Newfoundland and Labrador Region

Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans, St. John's, NL requires
a contract to provide a  Fishery Guardian program for
Newfoundland and Labrador.  The period of contract is for two
years from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016 with options to renew
for two separate and additional one year periods at  April 1,
2016 and April 1, 2017.  The Contractor is to provide a
competent and efficient management team consisting of a Project
Manager, Support Staff, and Fishery Guardians including
Supervisors, meeting the requirements outlined in the Statement
of Work, attached to the RFP as Annex A.  Guardians will be
required to enforce regulations, collect biological data and
technical data from anglers, monitor and report on fishing
activities relative to compliance with the Canadian Fisheries
Regulations for inland waters.

The associated RFP and Contract contains a security requirement.
