Window Repairs and Glazing Standing Offer, Dept. Of National
Defence, CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC
       
Work Description:
Work under this standing offer covers the supply of all labour,
materials, tools and equipment, supervision, transportation (to
and from the site of work) necessary to provide installation of
window films, installation of Lexan, window repairs, replacement
and glazing on an as and when requested basis for Dept. Of
National Defence, Base Construction Engineering Office (BCEO),
CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC. 

Period of Standing Offer: 1 March, 2013 to 28 February, 2016. 

It is anticipated that 1 standing offer will be issued. The
total expenditure of the standing offer is $300,000.00 (HST
included).

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability
Status Security Clearance. Clearance paperwork shall be
accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security
Division (CISD) and the successful contractor.

when issued will be available from the MERX service provider. 
Firms that elect to base their bids on  tender (solicitation)

and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
