Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Mechanical and Electrical Services - DISO EP922-171951/A Ho (RPC), Hector Fax No. - (780) 497-3510 Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting consulting firms with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering expertise to submit proposals for Standing Offers. This procurement will follow a one phase submission process. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of this document for building projects in the Western Region, excluding Comprehensive Land Claim Areas and the Northwest Territories. Geographic Zones and area boundaries are as follows and will be such each time they appear in this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) described: Northern Alberta covers the area of Red Deer, AB, and north; Southern Alberta covers the area south of Red Deer; Northern Saskatchewan covers the area north of Davidson, SK, (excluding Prince Albert) Southern Saskatchewan covers the area of Davidson and south; and Manitoba is all of Manitoba Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practise in the province governing each applicable zone or zones (i.e. Alberta, Saskatchewan and/or Manitoba.) Firms should be able to demonstrate successful deliveryof these services for a broad variety of projects over the last seven (7) years. It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to twenty (20) Standing Offers, four (4) in each zone, Northern and Southern Alberta, Northern andSouthern Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, each for a period of two (2) years plus an option for two (2) one-year periods from the date of issuing the Standing Offers. This procurement is excluded from the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) in accordance with Annex 502.1B of the agreementitem (1.a.). Offers meeting the stated mandatory criteria will be evaluated against technical criteria, including Comprehension of the Scope of Services, Management of Services, experience, key personnel education and experience and understanding, methodology and approach to the services to be provided. To be considered further, offers must achieve an overall minimum Technical Weighted Rating of sixty-five (65) points out of the one hundred (100) Weighted Rating pointsavailable for the rated technical criteria as specified in the RFSO. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language ofCanada.
