Supply and operation of drilling equipment, supervision of drilling operations, and preparation of factual reports for proposed marine facilities throughout NL. Specifically four (4) regions: Eastern Newfoudland, Central Newfoundland, Western Newfoundland and Labrador. Bidder has the option to bid on one, two, three, or all four specified regions. The term for the standing offer is for 2 years, on an "as and when required basis". A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. The Crown reserves the right to award to more than one contractor. IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS: With the introduction of the new Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS III), there are significant changes to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) solicitations. Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of solicitation forms, special instructions, and specifications which are now available directly from the MERX site.
