Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: J16 Garage Ceiling and Sprinkler Replacement - NAFC, St. John's, NL Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Garage Ceiling and Sprinkler Replacement at the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) in St. John's, NL. Work includes the replacement of the sprinklers in the J16 parking garage, as well as the removal and replacement of the existing ceiling and lighting. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Please refer to Specification Section 01 35 28 - Health and Safety Requirements. IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS: Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and special instructions which are now available directly from the MERX site. Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and contract documents. The standard Public Works and Government Services Canada documents may be viewed at http://sacc.pwgsc.gc.ca/sacc/index-e.jsp. Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the MERX services provider at http://www.merx.com, referencing the solicitation number. Bid Security is a requirement for this project. The estimated value for this opportunity is within the range of: $250,001.00 to $500,000.00.
