VAP-100 and VAP-101 System / Modification - Fresh air supply, 715 Peel, Montreal (Quebec)

The project is to carry out work on the two systems 100 and 101 in order to achieve the correct external air intake rate indicated in the studies to allow the addition of people to the floors served by the systems concerned and to carry out the replacement identified components. The work will be carried out in the building located at 715, Peel, Montreal (Qc)

This requirement is only open to holders who have qualified under Supply Arrangement (SA) EF245-180568. The following qualified firms currently hold a SA and are invited to submit bids under this project. These firms are:

REQUEST FOR SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT (RFSA): Any interested firm may apply to qualify as a potential contractor for the SA when announcing a project to this supply arrangement.  To do so, please follow the following:

*** A supply arrangement (SA) is a non-binding arrangement between Canada and a pre-qualified supplier that allows to award contracts and solicit bids from a pool of pre-qualified suppliers. A SA is not a contract and neither party is legally bound, as a result of signing a supply arrangement alone. The intent of a SA is to establish a framework to permit expeditious processing of individual bid solicitations, which result in legally binding contracts.

Throughout the term of the SA, interested suppliers are free to apply to qualify as potential suppliers when a project is announced under this SA. However, no supplier will be considered for a project if the evaluation has not been completed and no resulting contract award will be delayed to allow for the Offeror’s Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) to be evaluated.
