Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Metals RISO - Parks 5P110-141013/A Correia-Reid, Vincent Telephone No. - (613) 483-6348 ( ) Fax No. - (613) 545-8067 Requirement: Parks Canada Agency within the Ontario Region require the provision of various metal and steel products for manufacturing. The exact mandatory requirements are detailed under Annex "A" of the resulting contract clauses. Duration: Period of Standing Offer is from the date of issue to October 31, 2019. Communications From Bidders All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer Authority no later than ten (10) calendar days before the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
