Quantity: 400 NSN N4240-01-1169888 Breathing Apparatus, Oxygen Generating To be delivered to Victoria, British Columbia The intent is to award one Contract commencing upon Contract award date for a period of one year with an irrevocable option on the part of Canada to extend the period of any resulting Contract by up to three (3) one (1) year periods. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
