National Individual Standing Offers (NISO) - Self-Contained omnidirectional LED Lanterns

The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) requires self-contained, omnidirectional, light emitting diode (LED) lanterns, of 1.5 nm, 2 nm, 3 nm, 4 nm, 5 nm and 6 nm, to support its Aids to Navigation (AtoN) Program. These lanterns employ red, green, yellow, and white flash signals to demarcate traffic lane boundaries and indicate obstacles to navigation.
