Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: NRC CHCP Generator Replacement EJ192-170651/A Hoffman, Amanda Telephone No. - (873) 469-4930 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.060929.001 98 Sussex Drive, Ottawa Project description: Replacement of the existing emergency generator at the NRC Central Heating and Cooling Plant. Work is to be completed within forty-two (42) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1M to $5M. MANDATORY INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT: Thisprocurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at level of Reliability Status. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and nofurther consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on Wednesday, September 7th at 10:00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of 98 Sussex Drive, Ottawa Ontario. Health & Safety: Allcontractors must wear hard hats, safety boots and glasses to have access to the site. Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Amendments, when issued, will be available from the same government electronic tendering service.
