Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Contact Centre Services Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, Crown Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC/CIRNA) has a requirement for the provision of toll-free 24-hour Crisis Line Services for the Indigenous population. The period of contract is two (2) years with two one-year option periods. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
