Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: Qualified Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Wildland Fire Suppression Equipment 5P420-190463/B Saboungi, Rana Telephone No. - (403) 680-8394 ( ) Fax No. - (306) 975-5397 ( ) This procurement has been set-aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an aboriginal business under PSAB and it will comply with all the requirements of PSAB. This National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) is for the supply, delivery and off-loading of specialized wildland fire management equipment listed in Annex A as required by Parks Canada Agency (PCA). To maintain national standards for water delivery systems all hardware must be interchangeable with existing equipment. The Waterax components and estimated quantities are listed in Annex B Basis of Payment. No substitutes will be accepted. The period of the Standing Offer is from date of issuance to March 31, 2023 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. NOTE: This Aboriginal set-aside requirement 5P420-190463/B is posted concurrently with 5P420-190463/A which is intended for non- Aboriginal businesses. The Basis of Selection will be lowest priced offer meeting all mandatories, but in the case of duplicate lowest offer amounts the Aboriginal set-aside 5P420-190463/B will take priority. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
