Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Rotary-Wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle 23240-160663/A McMartin, Dugald Telephone No. - (819) 956-0085 ( ) Line 1, Rotary-Wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement for a commercial off-the-shelf rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of less than 25 kg weight (including payload) for use in aerial mapping. The procured UAV will be used as an airborne platform to carry custom sensors (payload) on airborne survey missions. The UAV will also allow for the installation (and easy removal) of a gimbal-mounted DSLR camera when the payload is not installed. Basis of Selection 1. To be declared responsive, a bid must: a) comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; b) meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria; and c) must not provide a financial bid in excess of the stipulated maximum budget of $85,000.00 (applicable taxes extra). 2. Bids not meeting (a) or (b) or (c) will be declared non responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated bid price in accordance with Annex B Basis of Payment will be recommended for award of a contract, provided that the financial bid does not exceed the budget available for this requirement. All the deliverables must be received on or before 2016-03-31. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
