Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for trade show booth design, construction and event management services for DC’s China market. It is DC’s intent to enter into an agreement with the proponent who can best serve the interests of DC. At the final outcome of the NRFP process, the successful proponent (“Contractor”) may be required to collaborate with DC’s other service providers and partners to ensure that public relations and communications services are consistent with DC’s mandate, brand and corporate strategy.
