Description
Title: Supply and Install Auxiliary Generator, Emerald Park, SK
Solicitation Number: M5000-21-2667/A
Description: This project involves but not limited to:
-
Full construction services for upgrades to an existing facility located in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan to satisfy the
requirement of back up power generation.
The scope of work is comprised of a new stand alone natural gas auxiliary generator complete with 8m x 4m structural slab on grade concrete pad.
Selective electrical to include; an auxiliary generator, distribution panels, automatic transfer switch, fire alarm, additional emergency lighting, concrete coring and incoming unground conduits from the new generator unit.
Selective mechanical to include; fire proofing and installation of new gas line to service new generator.
Selective miscellaneous metals to include bollards and protective metal shrouds.
Minor site work to include fence removal/reinstatement, trenching, concrete coring, foundation water proofing, backfill and landscape repairs.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 30 October 2021.
This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
