Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires a contractor for interior renovations of three existing buildings within the Trout Brook Campground at Cape Breton Highlands National Park.

The project Scope of Work includes (but not limited to) plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related works.

See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.

Closing Date and Time: March 26, 2020 at 2 pm EDT

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Delivery Date:

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to May 24, 2020.

Bid Security:

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $ 500,000 Taxes extra.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
