Description of Work:
The objective of this requirement is Vulnerability and Lethality (V/L) modeling and analysis wound trauma of small arms bullets. The two main software applications that are being used are CICERO and ComputerMan (C-Man). ComputerMan is a software code developed by the US Army Research Laboratory. It is used by Protection and Weapons Effects Section for V/L analyses. CICERO is a V/L software developed for Future Small Arms Research (FSAR) project by the Weapons Effects and Protection (WEP) Section of DRDC. It is used to perform Vulnerability/Lethality analysis of small arms bullets. DRDC requires the services of one Programmer/Software Developer, Level 2 to review, document and update CICERO and ComputerMan.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
Anticipated start date: 2018-12-17
The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to one additional one-year period
