The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Air Services Branch has a requirement for repair of the damaged wings on Cessna 206 for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Air Services Branch . A detailed description is available in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached hereto as Annex “A”.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
All Work must be completed within 12 weeks from contract award.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended
for award of a contract

At offer closing time, the Offeror must:
- comply with the following Mandatory Requirements ; and
- provide the necessary documentation to support compliance .
Any offer which fails to meet the following Mandatory Requirements will be considered non-responsive and will not be given further consideration.
Demonstrate HOW the requirement is Met (Cross reference to resource resume as applicable)
Bidder must have or access to painting facilities able to maintain a temperature of 18 Deg. Celsius. The painting facility must be capable of maintaining the temperature while primers and top coats are being applied as per the paint manufacturer’s recommendations. The paint facility must have a means of controlling dust, humidity and over spray while the components are being painted.
Compressed air used for dusting and paint spraying shall be free from oil, moisture and particulate matter.
The Bidder must hold the FAA Repair Station Certifications or Canadian AMO Certifications for the scope of the work requested. To be provided with bid.
The Bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience repairing flight controls and aircraft structures. Must provide copies of their approvals with submission
The Bidder must have the Cessna approved jigs, tools and fixtures for the scope of the work requested. Must provide copies of the approvals of jigs, fixtures and tools.
The bidder must specify how the parts will be transported as to prevent further damage to the components while being shipped to the bidder and maintaining an as refinished condition while be returned to the RCMP after repair
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
