Description
Sealed tenders will be received by the A/Materiel Manager, Western Service Centre, AAFC until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Thursday, January 9, 2014, for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Lethbridge Research Centre, Contract No. 11 – Damper / Cooling Coil Replacement. The work generally consists of the replacement of various dampers and cooling coils at the Lethbridge Research Station, Lethbridge, Alberta. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., December 30, 2013 at AAFC Lethbridge Research Centre, 5403 - 1st Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta. The tender package may be viewed at: 1) The offices of the local Builders' Exchange or Construction Associations in Lethbridge, Calgary, Edmonton, Medicine Hat and ConData in Winnipeg; and, 2) The Lethbridge Research Centre Office, 5403 -1 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta (contact: Mr. Grant Gillies, Assistant Facilities Manager, (403) 317-3480). Tender packages for bidding are available from: A/Materiel Manager, 300 – 2010 12th Avenue, REGINA, Saskatchewan S4P 0M3, Ph. (306) 523-6600. Tenders will not be considered unless submitted on the forms supplied by AAFC. Bidders are advised to draw the bidding documents from the A/Materiel Manager to ensure receipt of future addenda which may affect the bid. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
