These changes are effective immediately. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Project number R.046728.002 - Cooling System Upgrades at the National Defence Headquarters, Major-General George R. Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the to replace and repair components of an existing cooling system at the National Defence Headquarters. Work is to be completed within twenty eight (28) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 - $500,000.00. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: This document contains a security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on June 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders shall meet at the MacKenzie King entrance of Major-General George R. Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
