AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on April 14, 2021 by 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) – Emergency Services Depot has a requirement for supply and delivery of sharp containers for COVID-19 to GTA (Brampton, ON or Mississauga, ON), as detailed in Annex A, this is part of Canada’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A quantity of 400,000 units with various sizes will be procured. Delivery of initial purchase must be received on or before August 31, 2021. Canada reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts.
