Description
Public Health Agency Canada (PHAC) Partnership and Strategies Division (PSD) has three specific requirements for professional services. The first is a review and analysis of approximately forty interventions that PSD currently funds with the ultimate goal of creating a limited number of business models. The second requirement is a review of PSD’s entire business process, from application to the end of the funding cycle, and recommendations to improve its service delivery and timeliness. The third requirement is to provide expert advice and assistance to the Project Authority on transforming the business process by integrating a model for partners to communicate and develop a network with the end result being an increase the performance of the interventions.
