As detailed in Treasury Board Secretariat Contracting Policy Notice 2008-4, the government monitors and reports on procurements that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Therefore, contracting officers must ensure that the procurements subject to CLCAs are identified accurately.
