Remarks – Recommended Use of SACC Item

Use the following clause when the bid solicitation contains mandatory technical evaluation criteria and the basis of selection will be the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis, or the responsive bid with lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis.

Legal text for SACC item

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the ______ (insert: "lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis" or "lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis") will be recommended for award of a contract.
