Latest Policy Changes
March 13, 2014 – With the promulgation of PN-109U1 and PN-109U2, changes have been made to the Supply Manual guidance related to the Defence Procurement Strategy (Procurement Review and Canadian Content Policy). Changes have also been made to the SACC Clause A3070T and to the Higher Complexity (HC) and Medium Complexity (MC) Bid Solicitation and Resulting Contract Templates as well as the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) Template.
