Latest Policy Changes
March 1, 2014 – With the promulgation of PN-107U1, changes have been made to the Supply Manual guidance related to the Integrity Provisions and to the Integrity Provisions section (formerly the “
Code of Conduct”) of all Standard Instructions, General Instructions and General Conditions of the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual. All five standard procurement templates have also been revised.
This new version of the Supply Manual also contains the 2014-2015 international trade agreements thresholds, and this new version of the SACC Manual contains revisions as a result of the Fair Wages and Hours of Labour Act being repealed on January 1, 2014.
