Notice to suppliers – Seeking supplier feedback for a new national food and beverage procurement strategy – Toronto, Ontario

February 07, 2018 – Toronto – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has posted a Request for Information as part of a national consultative process to update its national food and beverage procurement strategy.

Why participate

This national consultative process offers suppliers with opportunities to participate in discussions on the procurement of all food and beverage products purchased by the Government of Canada and to provide feedback that will help improve Canada’s food and beverage procurement processes.

We encourage all interested suppliers to participate.

How to participate

Suppliers can participate in this national consultative process by:

  • completing the electronic questionnaire (You can select the option for “English” or “French”),
  • participating in an Industry Day on February 27, 2018, or
  • participating in one-on-one meetings from February 27 to 28, 2018.

The Industry Day session will be held in-person at the PSPC Regional Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario and by Web Conference (WebEx) for suppliers who are unable to attend in person.

To register for the Industry Day and the One-on-One meetings, interested suppliers must complete and submit the Engagement Rules as per the instructions found in Annex C of the Request for Information documentation. Submissions must be received prior to 8:00 ET, February 20, 2018.
